7 more people died at home, the wall collapsed above Pratapgarh

Pratapgarh: Seven more people, including a child, died in the incident of a house and a separate wall collapsing in Pratapgarh due to heavy rains, taking the death toll because the rain fell to nine in the district, the police said on Friday.

Previously, officials had reported on Thursday that two people had died of the incident related to rain in this district.
At Gode Village under the area of ​​the Kotwali police station, one person was killed and three others were injured when the wall of a house collapsed when they were sleeping.
Ramzan (18) died in the incident, while his sister and her two children were injured and claimed to go to the hospital.
In another incident in Gahrichak Village under the Kandhai police station area, Urmila Misra (55) died when the ‘Kutcha’ house collapsed due to rain.
Heavy rain since Wednesday has seen a round in several places and causes discomfort for people in this district.
