Bhagalpur: A 7-year-old boy, Amrit Kumar, died in the explosion of ‘Tiffin Bomb’ near Makhdumshah Ghat under the Nathnagar police station in Bhagalpur on Monday.
Three more ‘tiffin bombs’ live recover from the place.
Amrit rushed to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital (JLNMCH) in Mayaganj, but gave up on his wounds in the middle.
“The local antisocial element is being interrogated,” said the Nathnagar police station, said MD Sajjad Hussain.
According to the police source, several children played in the area around 11:10 a.m.
when they saw the Tiffin box left behind.

This is the third incident of a bomb explosion in Bhagalpur in less than a week.
Earlier on December 9, a 40-year-old man died in a blast near the railway route to the Nathnagar train station.
Likewise, on December 11, two school children received injury when a Canister bomb exploded at Momin Teach in the city.
