New Delhi: As many as 54% of rural families are farmhouse agriculture, with 70% of them have less than 1 hectare land, the latest survey of land ownership and rural households has been found.
Furthermore, it was found that only 0.4% of the household of agriculture had land above 10 hectares.
Conversely, of the total non-agricultural households, which formed 46% of the total rural households, those who own land less than 1 ha almost 99%.
