Jaipur: More than 70 percent of the eligible population (18+ age groups) countries have taken the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
According to the latest vaccination, Dungarpur has the lowest first-dose vaccination coverage, which is slightly more than 70%, while Pratapgarh is above with more than 100% coverage, followed by Hanumangarh at 92.2%, SIRAR at 91.6% and Jaipur at 91.5%.
Bharatpur with 70.6%, Dungarpur with 70.6%, Jalore with 71.8%, Dholpur at 72.8%, Barmer at 74.3% and Karauli with 74.4% was between the bottom of the list.
The Ministry of Health’s numbers show that the 6.27 crore vaccine dose has been given, of the 4.25 Crore is the first dose, while 2.02 Crore is the second dose.
A health official said that they encouraged people to get the first dose in the district with low coverage.
Also, the focus is on those who have also received the first dose and qualify for the second dose.
At least 85 LAKH beneficiaries, who have received the first dose and now they qualify for the second dose.
Health department officials reach it through messages that encourage them to get the second dose.
While the Ministry of Health put efforts to achieve the vaccination target of 5.14 crore people, the state reported seven new Covid-19 cases in the state on Monday as a whole reached 9.54,436.
Four cases reported from Bikaner, two in Jodhpur and Sri Ganganagar reported a case of Covid-19.
The state death toll stood at 8,954.
The Minister of Health for flag 4 Medical Medical Mobile Minister of Health Raghu Sharma will mark four cellular medical vans on Tuesday.
