Chennai: A total of 74 new housing projects are registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Terna) between July 29 and August 19.
Data is available in the Portal Authority of the State Real Estate Regulatory state that the total number of 537 housing projects has been registered until August 19, 2021 this year .
Most of these projects were registered from July 29 to August 19 and are located in the area of Chennai Metropolitan, Coimbatore and Tirupur Regency.
According to the rules of Tamil Nadu Real Estate Rules (Regulations and Development), 2017, all ongoing housing projects with a minimum of eight units intended for sale and housing plots must be registered in TNRERA.
