Thiruvananthapuram: The country recorded 7,427 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday.
70,709 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
Among new cases, 2,629 people have taken a temporary dose of 1,925 not vaccinated.
At present there are 78,624 active cases that are 8.2% of people are accepted both in hospitals or in other treatment centers.
Meanwhile, 62 recently confirmed deaths as caused by Covid who took the deaths associated in the country to 31,514.
At the same time, 7,166 patients had recovered from this disease.
Among new cases, 7,069 cases have been infected through local deployment.
Infection contact sources cannot be tracked for 250 people.
There are 53 health care professionals among those infected while 55 people have arrived from outside the country.
