Ahmedabad: After a low daily count of 500 days at eight on Sundays, the country again recorded a leap in Covid-19 with 14 new Covid cases on Monday, up 75% in a day.
With 17 patients, active cases are reduced by 3 to 133.
New cases including five from the city of Ahmedabad, three of each of the cities of letters and Vadodara, and one of the letters, Vadodara, and Porbandar.
Ahmedabad did not record new cases on Saturday and Sunday – the first since April 2020.
With the last two patients from Navsari and one from Mahisagar Regency, the number of districts with zero active cases rose to 18.
