75 programs on parliamentary democracy throughout the country, announced Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla

Bengaluru: Celebrating 100 Years of Speaker Conference Coinciding with Indian Indian Indian Jubilee Platinum, 75 different programs on parliamentary democracy will be organized in various parts of the country, said Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Saturday.
“The tradition of holding a speaker conference is completing 100 years this year.
The first conference was held in 1921 in Shimla and once again after 100 years, the conference took place at Shimla,” Birla told reporters.
He said the participants would discuss issues relating to parliamentary democracy, including the objectives achieved in the past 75 years.
“Together with that, we plan to hold 75 different programs in various parts of the country involving the smallest but most important and responsible democracy institution, which is the village of Panchayat against the Parliament, City Corporation, Legislative Assembly or Panceshayats,” Birla, “said.
The speaker said this was the Centenary of the Public Account Committee (PAC) too.
In this case, an important international conference will take place on December 4 and 5 in New Delhi.

There will be a program to increase the participation of young people and women in the Assembly, Parliament and other Democratic Institutions, said Birla.
The plan is being carried out to hold an international meeting on the participation of young people and women in the process of democracy, he said.
Birla said one only the purpose of this program is to strengthen democratic institutions, Make them responsible and set up ActionPlan to run the house.
“We will make an advisor on the standard operating procedure (SOP) to run a house at the lowest level of institution, which can be followed by countries,” he said.
The assembly speaker will hold such a program in their respective countries too.
Talking about his visit to Karnataka, Speaker Lok Sabha said the state had a long history of democracy.
Referring to Anubhava Mantapa, which was founded by the social reformer of the 12th century Basaveshwara in Basava Kalyan in Bidar Country, Birla said, “The oldest democracy foundation was placed in Karnataka.
