New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday announced that the 75 ‘Vande Bharat’ train will connect various parts of the country in 75 weeks to mark the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ observed.
Overcoming the nation from the red fortress on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day, he said it was unprecedented by the way the scheme of Udan connects areas far in the country and the speed at which the airport has only been built.
“This country has decided that 75 trains Vande Bharat will connect every corner of the state in 75 weeks from the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence,” he said.
