75 women from the sheet are trained under state odop schemes

Greater Noida: A total of 75 women from jewar will be trained in stitching clothes under a training scheme and toolkit ‘of the districts’ state government government (ODOP).
The government plans to train a total of 400 people in GB Nagar under this scheme.
On the other hand, 1,000 people of Noida will be trained in the design of electronic systems by India Electronics Sector Skills Council (ESSCI) under the Ministry of Electronics and IT Scheme.

We have to cover at least 87% of the target and the remainder will be paid on November 25, with the training program of 10 days which is ongoing in three batches in Noida.

The women of jewar have given a toolkit of electric sewing machines, including yarn, needles, patterns, etc., Along with the allowance of Rs 2,000.
Once trained, they will be equipped to start their own business or to join the apparel industry.
“The choice of the women is based on interviews of applications received online at the government portal.
The basic knowledge and skills tested during the interview to select the right candidate,” said Kumar.
Mla jewar Dhirendra Singh said that at least 70% of women trained will join the clothing sector.
“The area Yamuna Expressway will soon get a cluster of clothing.
Jiwar also will have more opportunities in this field and all the women of this jewar will find employment in this sector, after being trained,” said Singh.
Meanwhile, Esssi, in his program, aims to train at least 10,000 young people throughout the district for placement in the local electronics industry or sector.
“We provide skills development training for the role of manufacturing jobs electronically to the local youth.
Both theoretical training and practical in all electronics sectors such as manufacturing, technology, repair, etc., will be provided.
The role of training chosen has a high demand in the electronics manufacturing industry locally.
Group our target is the young and unemployed, out of school and beginner-technical novice, want a job in the electronics industry, “said Dr Abhilasha Gaur, Chief Operating Officer, Esssi.
Many companies have expressed willingness to hire from these centers.
Some famous ones are Dixon Technologies, Padget Electronics, Holitech, Oppo, Halonix, Havells and Amber Enterprises.
