77 In the UPSSC exam, B’lurean Tops K’Taka; His heart is in IFS

Bengaluru: Akshay Sime, a 26-year-old Bengalurean, is Topper Karnataka, securing the 77th UPSC ranking in the results of the civil service exam announced on Friday night.
