Dubai: Nearly 80 rebels and pro-government troops have been killed in fighting for the city of Marib’s strategic Yemen, military sources of loyalists told AFP on Wednesday.
“Sixty Huthi rebels were killed – most of them in air strikes were carried out in the last 24 hours – while 18 pro-government troops were killed and dozens were injured in clashes for the past 48 hours,” said a government military official.
