Bhubaneswar: Ojee’s authority on Monday recorded 79 percent of the Turnout examine participants on the first day of the Odisha (OJEE-2021) entrance examination which will continue until September 18.
More candidates have appeared for inspection on this first day of the year.
Last year, it was 70 percent.
A total of 13,200 candidates have registered with OJEE to appear for the first day of the test, but 10,461 of them attended the exam for Pharm B courty.
“We have recorded 79 percent of each shift that day,” said Chairman Ojee SK Chand.

About 55,500 students emerged for the entrance test at 57 centers covering all 30 districts.
Outside Odisha, the inspection center has been arranged in Kolkata, Ranchi and Patna,” he added.
Chand said they had taken all the prevention and protocol actions of the government in the inspection centers.
“Ojee is done smoothly throughout the state and outside,” he added.
On September 7, the exam will be made for lateral entries (LE) Tech (Diploma) and integrated MBA.
On September 8 and 9, the test will be held for Le Tech (Diploma), M Pharm, Le Pharm, Le Tech (BSC), Mtech, M Arch and M Plan.
The test for MCA will be held in three shifts on September 15, while candidates can sit for BTECH and MCA on September 16 and September 18.
The inspection that carried out the authority had given a five-day gap in the examination schedule due to Puja Ganesh on September 10 and the NEET exam on September 12.
OJEE is carried out every year for the purpose of conducting a general entrance examination to enter the Bachelor Professional Course (UG) / Postgraduate (PG) (PG) (PG) including BTECH, MTECH, MBA, MCA, March, MPLAN, MPHARM and BPHARM in the state.
