New Delhi: The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) on Tuesday issued a notification to Delhi Police in the brutal gang-rape of an eight-year girl.
The Commission received information about the incident that took place in Delhi Shastri Park through a Helpline female number January 24.
The commission was told that the victim’s girl went outside her house around 4:00 at night and when she returned, she complained of severe stomach pain and her personal parts Severe injured and he experienced heavy bleeding.
Because the critical condition of his girl was immediately rushed to a government hospital where she went through surgery and her condition continued to remain critical.
He is currently being treated in the ICU.
Rape was established on his medical examination.
The Maliwal Swati DCW seat seeing material gravity now issued a notification to Delhi police.
Through notification, the Commission has tried to full details about the FIR and the defendant was arrested in terms of so far.
The Delhi police have been given 48 hours by the Commission to produce a detailed report of the actions taken in this matter.
Maliwal said that the girl had been brutally raped and ill cafficable because she fought her life in the ICU because of severe damage caused by its personal parts.
“People who rape the 8-year-old actor are not humans.
The strongest punishment needs to be given to the guilty.
I have issued a notice to Delhi police who gave them 48 hours to produce detailed actions taken in this problem together with complete details and accused of being arrested , “he said.
