Aperar: The President of Hisar registered a shot on a man and his brother for allegedly raping his 16-year-old daughter eight years ago.
This case has been sent to Karnal District Police for further investigation.
Police Hisar said a case was registered with complaints of survivors of his father and uncle, both the residents of Karnal Regency for recurring rape, rape by guards, criminal intimidation and part 6 (penetrative sexual attacks that were exacerbated) of the protection of children from sexual violation ( Pocso).
In his complaint to the police, Survivor said in 2003, when he was 16 years old, his uncle raped him and then a few days later his father raped him.
Then, the father raped him again.
The complainant said at first he told his mother, but the father told them that he would not do this again and if he complained to the police, he would commit suicide by consuming poisons.
Therefore, he did not complain at that time, said The Survivor.
