Nagpur: A 8-year-old schoolboy has been requested to wash out the bathroom of this Covid Care Centre (CCC) being set up at a government school in Marodi village at Sangrampur tehsil of Buldhana district June 1.
Gram sevak Mukinda Shivade of this village has been suspended following the movie of this boy cleaning the filthy bathroom while some senior men appeared on proceeded viral on social networking.
On Thursday, Buldhana ZP CEO Bhagyashree Vispute additionally suspended college headmaster Mahendra Rothe and helper instructor Mukund Narote.
“Action was taken on three individuals up to now.
Analysis is still under way and record of district-level officials is not yet been obtained,” explained Vispute.
Buldhana collector S Ramamurthi reported that a committee was formed to look into the issue and it’ll submit an application on June 4.
This usually means a few more officials may face disciplinary actions.
Sources told TOI police were turning a government college in the village Marodi to a CCC later 15 Covid sufferers had been found from town.
Since the police couldn’t locate a labourer to wash out the bathroom, they requested that this schoolboy to perform the job.
Sources said that suspended headmaster and instructor insisted this boy wash the bathroom.
A local villager, Bhau Bhojne, has also established a police complaint against the government after the video moved viral.
Since the movie received angry responses, the government swung into action.
Tehsildar Tejashree Kore requested for a report in obstruct development officer Sanjay Patil.
In his account, g sevak Mukinda Shivade was held accountable leading to his or her suspended.
Political leaders also voiced anger about the viral movie.
BJP’s Chitra Wagh reported a schoolboy cleaning bathroom wasn’t just contrary to regulations but also contrary to humankind.
“I appeal to the district shield ministry to take action against the offenders,” Wagh stated.

The district has over 85,000 instances, also 600+ deaths because of Covid-19.
The district has been severely hit in the next wave as instances are arriving from tribal and rural areas of Buldhana.
In the past two weeks, most instances have gone down from town and tehsil headquarters.
Now, the vast majority of instances is coming out of rural areas.
Consequently, colleges and community halls in cities have been converted to temporary CCCs.
As gram panchayats have been permitted to invest 25 percent of the funds on the creation of CCCs, most cities have begun creating their own CCCs in rural Maharashtra now.
