Greater Noida: In large assistance to more than 800 entrepreneurs, Yeida has decided to offer the benefits of ‘Zero-Period’ for all industrial plots in the sector 32 and 33 along the freeway Yamuna.
Authority will offer a discount for a period of two years and has maintained April 2018 to March 2020 as a zero period.
The problem was taken during a meeting of the authority council last month and the official order for this effect has now been issued.
Simply put, during the zero period, there is no interest in land rations.
Yeida floated a mixed plot mixture in these sectors in 2013 and allotment was carried out in 2014-15.
Even though it took money from 821 entrepreneurs, the authorities had not offered them ownership.
In addition to taking plot premiums, Yeida also ordered a decent amount of allottees.
“The Zero period has been offered between April 1, 2018, and March 31, 2020,” said Chief Executive Yeida Arun VIR Singh.
Secretary General of the Yamuna Expressway Entrepreneures Association, Rishabh Nigam said the request had been received.
“We demand zero period because we have not been able to start the operation and suffer losses because of the unavailability of the plot.” Authority will also put aside the allegations of flowers and offer a discount to Allastees when recalculating their contributions.
Authority has offered industrial plots at Rs 5,500 per square meter.
Yeida has also renewed its rules and guidelines to enable property transfer on behalf of the original Allottee legal heir, free of charge.
