Lucknow: Two micro, small and medium gardens (SMEs), appearing in Noida, have seen 812 investors buying land on the site proposed to set the unit at a cost of Rs 2,345 Crore.
Government spokesman on Tuesday said once they became functional, these units in two parks would be able to provide jobs to more than 42,800 people.
“After the establishment of these parks in Noida, MSME Park is similar to be established in Agra, Kanpur, Moradabad, Varanasi, Azamgarh and Gorakhpur.
This step will boast some MSMEs,” he said.
The Yamuna Expressway Industry Development Authority (Yeida) said that many companies buying land also started construction on the site.
This includes Swastik Industriess, United Logistics, Syria Impex, Dr.
Industries, Russya Agritech Pvt Ltd, MV Exim Pvt Ltd, Ranexa Medical, Shree Balaji Printing and Gepdec Infratech Ltd.
Up by 14.2% of the total MSMEs in the country.
It has been responsible for exporting goods worth more than Rs 1.14 lakh crore every year for the past three years.
MSME Park will provide facilities such as business and shopping centers, incubation centers, hotels and restaurants, hostels, office blocks, health stations and fire extinguisher along with factories and factory warehouses.
The certification lab will also be arranged in the park, which will also have storehouse, containers and truck terminals etc.
