84-YR official retirees to pursue LLB from CSJM University

Kanpur: There is no age to learn.
It has been proven true by Sitaram Srivastava, a retired Department of Fund Provident, aged 84.
His desire to pursue LLB has been approved by Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University.
He had completed his BA course in 1962.
When Srivastava expressed his desire to study the law, it was quickly approved by the representative of Chancellor, Professor Vinay Pathak.
Srivastava will now receive an entrance ticket at City’s VSSD degree College to pursue LLB.
Nawabganj residents in Kanpur, Srivastava retired in 1995.
He lost his wife in 1998 and blamed SGPGI in Lucknow for his death.
He said that was because of SGPGI’s negligence that he lost his wife.
To find justice, Srivastava submitted a case in this case in the Consumer Court.
It took 20 years to win the case as the Supreme Court overruled him, said Srivastava.
“From the consumer forum to the Supreme Court, my struggle for Justice continued for 20 years.
Finally ended in 2018 when I won a case in a hospital in the Supreme Court.
In this 20 years, my interest in the law was developed and now I finally decided to pursue LLB “, Sitaram said Srivastava.
Prof.
Pathak said that he was very happy to see the commitment in Sitaram Ji that he wanted to learn even at this age.
“Age is just a number.
When Sitaram Ji told me that he wanted to pursue LLB, I immediately agreed, given his desire, commitment, and desire to him.” Sitaram said that it was better for him to learn because he was free all day.
“Instead of sitting Ideal at home, it would be better for me to do something.
So I chose to learn”, he said.
