Gurgaon: The cumulative covid vaccine dose given in the district across 20 lakh on Wednesday.
A total of 20.05,133 doses have been given in Gurgaon since January 16, when the vaccination drive starts.
Of these, 15,13,540 is the first dose, while 4,91,593 is the second dose.
The total population of gurgaon that qualifies for vaccination is 17.41,000.
According to the Co-Win portal, more than 86% of the eligible population for vaccination has received at least the first dose and more than 28% of the two doses so far.
“We will continue to do more vaccination sessions and more focus will be at the second dose recipient,” said Dr.
Virender Yadav, Chief Medical Officer.
Meanwhile, Gurgaon on Wednesday received 18,000 additional covishield doses.
On Thursday, the Ministry of Health plans to vaccinate in 59 government locations.
Of these, 51 sites will provide a covishield dose, while Covaxin will be given at seven sites.
Sputnik v will be given to the recipient on one site.
As many as 16,259 people in the age group 18-44 and 3,764 in the 45-plus category, 3,764 people took photos on Wednesday.
A total of 269 health care staff and 273 frontline workers also received Jab.
Overall, 20,565 Jab – 12,834 first dose and 7,731 second dose – administered.
While 6,606 doses were given on the site of the government session, 13,960 shots were given to the personal.
Four new cases in the city city recorded four new Covid cases, taking calculations to 1,80,958, where 74 was an active case.
The level of front is 0.1%.
Five people recovered, bringing total recovery to 1,79,963.
