86 villages need to build new noida

Noida: A satellite city on the outskirts of Noida must be developed by more than 86 installation villages 80 which has been notified by the state government.
However, five of the 80 villages can be developed because they are not homogenically connected to the soil that must be developed and 11 more must be told.
This is the initial finding survey conducted by school planning and architecture (spa).
The government up, in January this year, told 80 villages where 20 were in Dadri and the rest in the neighboring Bulandshahr district.
This authority gave work to prepare for the master plan of satellite municipality to the spa in July and land surveys were ordered.
Officials from the Planning Division Authorita said the first step in the process was to exchange village maps on income maps to determine the actual position.
The spa managed to conclude ‘ground-truthing’ (collecting information on sites and comparing it to reference data) recently and returned with his findings.
The planning team that worked on the project found that five villages had been notified by the government were cut off from the others and it seemed difficult to include them in the overall planning of the new city.
“The land is not homogeneous in nature and continuity of rest.
It will be difficult to combine them during planning,” said an official.
Authority requested a spa to prepare detailed reports on this issue so that it can be forwarded to the state government for further action.
So, while five villages tend to be renovated, 11 others will be notified as part of the Noida Authority for further development.
Sharing the reason behind the move, an authority official revealed that the NH-91 (NH 34 according to the new nomenclature) and the East Peripheral Toll Road came in between and dissected the five villages from homogeneous clusters.
The authority has been given the responsibility for developing the Greenfield Satellite Industrial Township more than 20,900 hectares of land.
