88 new Covid-19 cases, 3 deaths again in Bihar

Patna: Covid-19 daily Kaseload in Bihar increased to 88 on Wednesday.
It was 54 on Monday and 82 on Tuesday.
In accordance with the Ministry of Health and the welfare of the Union family, Bihar is the 7th in the country in connection with the active Covid-19 case on Wednesday morning.
The state reported 589 active cases after 129 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.
A total of three deaths because Covid was reported by the state government on Wednesday.
With new cases and patients incurred, the level of recovery of Bihar increased to 98.59%, which was 1.23% higher than the national average of 97.36%.
According to the state health department, Patna reported a maximum of 11 new patients, followed by Kesatar (8) and Khagaria (7).
Thus, Patna is the only district in the state with fresh covid cases in two digits.
Overall 10 districts reported zero fresh cases and eight had one case in the last 24 hours.
Patna continues to have the highest number of active cases at the age of 93 on Wednesday, followed by the East Champaran (51) and Bhagalpur (31).
Buxar does not have an active case on Wednesday, while 14 other districts have the appropriate numbers in one digit.
Other districts that have less than 10 active Covid cases including Banka (2), Jehanabad (2), Siwan (2), Aurangabad (3), Style (3), Kaimur (3), Gopalganj (4), Nawada (5) , Champaran Barat (6), Lakhisarai (6), Munger (8), Sheikhpura (9) and Sitamarhi (9).
There were no deaths related to oxygen in Bihar: the Minister of Health after the center told the parliament that there were no deaths reported by the state and UT due to lack of oxygen during the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic, Minister of Health Mangal Pandey conducted a similar claim about Bihar.
He said even though there was delay in the availability of oxygen to some patients during the peak of the second wave of pandemic, but there was no causality that occurred due to lack of oxygen.
“We make oxygen available for all patients in government and private hospitals.
We provide up to 232 metric tons of medical oxygen during the peak of the second wave, which is 14 times higher than the same normal needs.
Oxygen is available for all hospitals through coordination smoothly by The central and state government, “Pandey told reporters.
