Mangaluru: Nine farmers from Dakshina Kannada (DK) and Kasaragod are recipients of VK Super Star Raita 4.0 award, a platform to identify and recognize progressive farmers.
This function was held at Fordoor Farms, Ganjimutt, on Friday.
It is held by Kannada Vijay Karnataka (VK) every day.
The award-winning farmers are, Anand Rai, Sorambailu, Sarve, Puture Taluk; Thirumaleshwara Bhat Kuriyaje, Sullia Taluk; Harish J Shetty, Mulki, Mangaluru Taluk; Harish Kodla, Karopady, Bantwal Taluk; Abhinandan, Indabettu, Belthangady Taluk; Ananthapadmanabha Bhat, Soorinje, Mangaluru Taluk; Keshava Bhandar, Kalmimbady, Puture Taluk; Sathyanarayana Beleri, Kinnīgeru, Kasaragod and Laxmi M, Munichaana, Badiadka, Kasaragod.
