PANAJI: The number of people who were vaccinated in the cave crossed 9 lakh on Sunday after 11,830 people received their second dose in the mega vaccination drive held throughout the state.
That day also saw 2,406 taking their first dose.
Drive mega vaccination was held to give one last push to the vaccination drive and after the health service directorate found that 2.2 lakh people were not advanced to take their second dose even though it was recommended 84 days after the first dose.
