Jaipur: Nine districts have contributed 62.5% of the total active Covid case in the state.
According to the Ministry of Health, Jaipur with 7,724 active cases, Jodhpur (1,846), Alwar (1,636), Ganganagar (1,518), Udaipur (1,219), Bhilwara (1,198), Rajsamand (1,085) and ajmer (1,073)) are the worst affected.
The rest of the 24 districts contributed a total of 11,065 active cases.
In the last 24 hours, active cases decreased from 33,812 to 29,530.
Active cases in the district capital, which reported 804 new infections, has declined from 8,867 to 7,724.
On Thursday, Rajasthan recorded 3,491 new infections bringing the overall calculation to 12.58.110.
Fifteen people also died during this period took the victim to 9,439.
Even though the country has watched swimming in cases, more than 15 deaths are still reported every day.
This month so far, 171 people have died of infection.
The six deaths were reported from Jaipur, two of Sikar, and one victim was respectively reported from Pali, Sawai Madhopur, Nagaur, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Bikaner, and Ajmer.
A health department official said the level of pepositives has now dropped below 5% from 15% a few days ago.
The department also focuses on covid vaccination.
In the state, the percentage of 18+ who fulfilled the requirements that had received the first dose vaccination had risen to 97.2%, while the second dose vaccination of 18+ has increased to 83.5%.
