Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh): A nine-year-old girl allegedly raped by his father in a drunken country in a village under the police station Khaga Kotwali at Fatehpur, police said.
The nine-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her sleeping father beside him on Sunday night, police deputy supervisor (CO) Khaga, said Gayadutt Mishra.
The brother accused, who rushed to the place to hear the cry of the victim, submitted a case on Monday and lately the accusation was arrested.
The victim has been sent for a medical examination, said CO, adding that the victim’s mother died a few years ago.
