Bengaluru: It’s been nine years since the center cleaning the train at the Kggingasapura railroad bridge which was busy at CV Raman Nagar, but still on paper.
After a doubling corridor of 48km byappanahalli-hosur-rajanukunte suburbs finished, the movement of the train along Kaggadasapura tends to increase.
South Western Railway blamed the government for delays acquiring land for the 31.2-crore RS project, which was cleaned in 2012.
Raman Nagar MLA S Raghu said 93 properties needed to be obtained for Rob.
“It’s better to build an underpass to avoid land acquisition problems.
We need to pay more than Rs 150 Crore as compensation to those families,” BJP officials said.
Officials said the property of several people, including MLA’s former relatives, would be destroyed if Rob appeared.
This results in delay.
Although ordinary users have demanded that they were allowed to use the Flyover Organization of Research and Defense Development (DRDO), which was less than 1 km from the Kaggadasapura level intersection, Drdo stated that allowing too many vehicles on the bridge would cause pollution and disturbances on the campus that was calm and safe .
The Drdo Flyover connects the phase 1 campus with tweship phase 2.
Raghu said: “I will discuss with Bengaluru MP center MP Mohan to put pressure on Drdo to allow the public to use flyovers until Rob is ready.” Many motorists traveling between Indiranagar and Whitefield are trapped at a busy intersection.
Online petition on Change.org – Traffic chaos in Kaggadasapura Railway Crossing – has received around 2,300 signatures.
“We are waiting for The Drdo Flyover and Rob.
While Flyover Drdo is only for their staff, Rob works it hasn’t started,” Suresh S, a commuter.
A SWR official said: “Work can be taken after government agencies obtain land.
Another, road users will be uncomfortable.
Until now, there is no proposal for the train underpass.”
