Hyderabad: Omicron, Covid-19 variant that transmits quickly, spread through the community, with the authorities connecting 90% of positive cases for it.
“Wherever the sample of a randomized genome has been taken and tested, Omicron was found in more than 90% of the sample,” said the top health official.
Telangana has told the center of the arrival and foreign status of the Omicron case.
But now the case is more than cases in the local community, officials said.
Given this scenario, the peak expected around last week February, with health officials said it could last until early March, warned that peak daily could even touch 50,000 cases if the right Covid-19 behavior was not adopted.
“It is important to complete vaccination by taking both doses and also as important to comply with prevention of Covid, including wearing facial masks and maintaining physical distance,” the government warns on Sunday.
According to experts, more cases of omicrons have advantages and disadvantages.
While more people will have fewer symptoms, the proportional amount of hospital receipts will increase.
While no in-depth study in community transmission with the Omicron variant has been carried out, data from Institutions and Biliary Institute in Delhi shows that 61% of patients without symptoms and 96% of patients recovered at home, with the average time needed for the negative RPCR result day.
“We have everything in place.
We also monitor hospital reception and we have enough beds with oxygen supply.
People don’t need to be afraid,” said the Minister of Health Daily Rao.
On the other hand, many people in the state are confused because seasonal fever is increasing as a result of cold and rain.
The Ministry of Health said it continued to supply a home isolation kit to those suffering from fever and other symptoms.
A total of one lakh house isolation kit is distributed, with 85% of them given in the larger Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limit.
