Greater Noida: A total of 91 plots ranging from 450 square meters to 40,470 square meters offered by the larger industrial development authority (Gnida) under the industrial plot scheme, which was launched the day before Diwali.
The plot is in the industrial sector Ecotech-01 Extension-01 and Ecotech-06.
The application for the industrial plot scheme is open from November 3 to November 25.
Repairing will be carried out on ‘is where it is the basis’, according to Gnida officials.
In October, the authority has launched a similar scheme, where 23 plots ranging from 450 square meters to 20 hectares are offered to people in various industrial sectors such as Ecotech 6, 8, 10 and 11.
“We offer 91 plots below us .
The scheme is open industrial plots between 450 to 40 470 square meters (10 hectares) in the industrial sector Ecotech-01, Extension-01 and Ecotech-06, “said an official of Gnida.
“This plot is clear of all confiscation.
Their rental plans are ready and ownership will be given after payment of 30%,” he added.
Also, while no interview for industrial plots up to 4,000 square meters will be needed, all allotments for industrial plots that are greater than 4,000 square meters will be given after the interview, officials said.
