Kolkata: Nearly 96% of Kolkata police forces have been vaccinated their restrictions with drug allergies or other problems.
This has provided strength in the high-risk category of resemblance protection ahead of the third wave.
“Despite being vaccinated, senior officers have warned that Covid SOPS must be followed.
This includes living in a separate barracks and ensures the physical distance from the complainant at the police station.
All personnel must wear a mask and use cleaners,” said an officer.
Kolkata police will start July on positive notes without new cases reported in the last 72 hours.
This is the first time this happened since February, said welfare cell officers.
There are only 14 active cases without being in the hospital.

June only has 26 Covid cases compared to 157 in May, he added.
“We still have several active cases of 618 reported during the second wave.
Even though we lost six colleagues, there was no fresh death in June,” he said.
With local train restrictions and metro extended until July 15, “Force will be ideally to drop the number of active cases to one digit in July the first week,” he said.
