Jaipur: The High Court has directed the state government to submit a written statement where it has provided treatment to children suffering from rare diseases and children who cannot get treatment.
The court allowed one week to submit a written statement by the applicant who showed the name of the patient who had not been given treatment despite the direction of the court.
The Chair of the Division of the Chief Justice of Indrajit Mahany and Manoj Kumar Vyas gave direction to the petition by Zamil, a resident of Churu.
