Islamabad: The Taliban Co-Founder Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar arrived in Kabul on Saturday to join negotiations with Afghan leaders and rebels.
“The talks for the temporary government have occurred between the Afghan rebels and politicians led by former President Hamid Karzai and former Foreign Minister and Chief Executive Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah since the fall of Kabul after Taliban fighters a few days ago.
Negotiations are happening now,” Ahmadullah Witeq , Deputy Taliban cultural affairs committee, quoted said.
In Kabul, the Taliban source said, Baradar will meet with leaders of jihad and other politicians ahead of the meeting of Karzai and Abdullah.
Baradar was the only Taliban leader who survived to personally appoint a representative by the head of Mullah Omar who was killed by the Taliban.
According to the Taliban source, the announcement of the new government will be carried out after August 31 after the end of the deadline for the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan.
Without a functional government in Afghanistan for a week, uncertainty applies in Kabul.
People who desperately tried to escape from the country while many were still trapped in their homes in hopes of miracles.
The scene at Kabul Fucked airport and there is fear will return to the repressive 1996-2001 Taliban regime.
Banks and government departments have been closed for seven consecutive days and people in Kabul and in other cities facing lack of funds and food.
Baradar has arrived in Kandahar from Qatar last week.
Within hours after returning, the Taliban announced the rules would be “different” this time.
He has been appointed as the Head of the Taliban political office in Doha after his release from Karachi prison in 2018.
Last year, he has reached a peace agreement with Trump’s administration, paving the way for the pull of US troops from Afghanistan.
Taliban’s highest leader, Maulvi Haibatullah Akhunzada, is believed to be hiding in Pakistan and just releasing occasional statements.
Baradar’s arrival in Kabul came when Western countries raced to evacuate diplomats from Kabul in the midst of chaotic scenes at the airport.
In his website on his website, the US Embassy in Afghanistan warned on Saturday “potential security threats outside the gate” from the airport.
The entry of Barardar to Kabul was preceded by another senior Taliban leader meeting, including the Khalil Haqqani and his nephew Anas Haqqani, with Afghan politicians.
Khalil, with a prize of US $ 5 million on his head, pictured among the many people in the Afghan capital on Friday, flanked by gunmen wearing military uniforms.
He also discussed worshipers and led Friday prayers in Kabul while holding a gun.
Earlier this week, Abdullah Abdullah had posted a photo of Karzai and he met Haqqani and the Taliban delegation.
Khalil Haqqani is Brother Jalaluddin Haqqani, founder of the Haqqani network and uncle Deputy Taliban leader, Sirajuddin Haqqani.
The Haqqani network has been credited with some of the cruelest attacks on US troops, NATO and Afghanistan in recent years.
The pro-Taliban social media pass shows that the Haqqani Khalil also met Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, a warlord and influential figure in Afghan politics led the Hizb-e-Islami party.
Hekmatyar has been known as a “kabul kabul” for slaughter and brutal destruction in Kabul during the civil war in the early 1990s.
The Taliban claimed that they tried to form a “inclusive, Islamic” government despite a report on atrocities carried out throughout the country.
In the past few days, former government officials talked about hiding from militants when gunmen left the door to the door.
While the Taliban has extensively announced their new government parameters, it is not clear what system they will introduce in this country.
