Ghaziabad: A couple was arrested for allegedly duping a purchaser by promoting a flat in Indirapuram with forged records where the accused had taken a loan of about Rs 7 crore. According to authorities, the bunch at connivance with a bank worker had offered exactly the exact apartment to a purchaser procuring a new loan of Rs 2.5 crore.
