Hyderabad: The 25-year-old history, Monday was sentenced to undergo a five-year prison sentence by a local court in Hyderabad for sexual striker a scheduled caste woman.
B Kalyan is a resident of LB Nagar in Neredmet and according to the police, between 2012 and 2019, he was involved in seven violations including murder attempts, attacks, criminal intimidation, restraint and wrong extortion.

On May 25, 2020, a 21-year-old victim, who was a private employee, filed a complaint to the police Neredmet alleged him as a tenant at Kalyan’s house and on May 25 at night, Kalyan broke into his room and tried to attack him sexually.
“When the victim raised the alarm, the defendant kicked him and left the place after threatening him not to reveal the incident to anyone,” said Police Neredmet.
Based on the complaint of the victim, the police arrested the defendant on May 26, 2020.
The defendant was later detained under the PD Law on September 2, 2020 when he was submitted in a cherlapally prison.
After the trial, on Monday, the SC and ST court (POA) acted cases, LB Nagar, sentenced the defendant and sentenced him to undergo a strict five-year prison sentence.
The defendant also had to pay a fine of RS 5,000.
