Chandigarh: In the midst of the ongoing crisis in the Congress Punjab, at least 32 party MLA including four cabinet ministers, rebelled against the Chief Minister and held a meeting today in Chandigarh decided that the delegation of 5 members will try to meet the high command of Congress today itself demanding change Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.

The meeting was held at the official residence of Punjab Panchayats and Higher Education Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa Chandigarh.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Prisons and Cooperation Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Technical Education and Industrial Training Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Revenue Minister Singh Sarkaria addition Sukhbinder Congress General Secretary (Organization) Punjab and MLA Pargat Singh.
It was decided in the meeting that the delegation of five members, including four cabinet ministers and Pargat Singh will first meet with Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu today and then will move to Delhi to meet Congress High Command Searing of Capt Amarinder Singh as Chief Minister.
“Captain Amarinder Singh and Sukhbir Badal (Akali Shiroman DAL President) was hand in glove.
We moved to Delhi to wake the party high command and if the high command does not listen to us, we will then decide the next action,” said Bajwa.
However, he said that it is the prerogative of the high command of the party who should be the next chief minister.
Channi also said, “We now do not have confidence in Capt Amarinder and therefore we had a meeting today because we do not get a solution to our problems of Chief Minister.” Attacking Chief Minister, Randhawa, who was once very close to Capt Amarinder, said, “The water has now passed through the head.
