New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday said that the government had to accept the approval of the High Court before attracting criminal cases submitted to MPE members and MLA.
The APEX court said that criminal cases were delayed against parliamentarians and MLA were surprising and disturbing.
They need surgical care to speed up the trial process against them.
It is said that there is nothing wrong with interesting cases of evil prosecution but must be examined by HC.
The Top Court asked the lawyer General Tushar Mehta to talk to the Director of CBI and Ed to find out the additional workers needed to ensure that the investigation examined by the agency was completed in time.
