Bengaluru: EV two-wheel maker EV Heroes Electric has introduced a treatment hero, a flexible allowance policy for his employees who handle them and their families in various stages of their career.
This program will include every employee who has completed a minimum of two years in the company.
This will provide an opportunity for employees to get full-time / part-time jobs in the company.
This will provide priority vehicle loans, regardless of the existing benefits of flexi for hours for three months and additional leaves.
New parents will receive 15 days of paternity leaves and the benefits of pregnancy in accordance with government guidelines, up to 6 months of flexi hours, and WFH up to 10 days in the first 3 months.
Employees in the 20-25 year age group will be entitled to educational loans and scholarships to pursue higher education based on performance.
They will also be offered timing flexi during the exam and short-term sponsored courses.

“The treatment hero will offer a long-term home loan with fixed interest.
It will offer the opportunity to speak, allowing for buildup, and organizing hobby classes to keep the mind the employee work and learn new skills.
This program will help employees who have retired to start their second innings by making them appointed as a former prestigious hero.
The club will provide an annual health check of up to five years.
