New Delhi: India Kia’s journey took off with the Seltos in August 2019.
Two years along the line, flights were still on track as compact SUV recorded 2 lakh sales in the domestic market this month.
Coming the celebration season, Korean car makers will seduce their customers with a new trim line of Seltos.
X-Line will sit on the stairs above the technology line and GT.
The X-line is basically a GT-line trim that is loaded with a handful of improved cosmetics.
The X-line concept on display on the Auto Expo 2020 has a similar shade matte paint, a more rough and off-road appearance.
In the past two years, KIA said 3 out of 5 customers chose the top variant.
In addition, every second Kia car has been sold is a connected car.
The encouraging number for the packaged trim feature can be the reason behind the introduction of the most new X-LINE.
X-Line has begun to arrive at certain dealers and products are expected to go on sale in the first week of September.
X-line gets the shade of the graphite matte color, which is in-a-first for the segment.
Kia uses red ornaments on GT-line.
Likewise, the X-Line gets an orange accent from the bumper and side cladding.
Wheel size has grown.
X-Line is on a 18-inch alloy, cut diamonds that are slightly different in design.
In the truck, the x-line badge was finished beside it.
The X-line interior is wrapped in the executive dish coating in Indigo.
The identical soft touch material is inserted on the door panel too.
X-Line will continue to be a variant connected with bells and whistles such as 10.25-inch infotainment, head-up display, front ventilation seats and can be adjusted electrically and air purifiers.
That said, we estimate the introduction of panoramic sunroof in the Seltos with x-line.
The engine option will continue to 1.5 liters of diesel and gasoline and gasoline filled with 1.4 liters of turbo.
The choice of transmission will be manual, torque converter and DCT.
This launch is planned in the first week of September and the price of x-line is expected around RS 17 Lakh (former showroom).
