Patna: Three people died and four others were sick allegedly after consuming liquid liquor in Vaishali Regency on Tuesday and Wednesday intervention.
Liquor is prohibited from Bihar.
The deceased was identified as Shivji RAM (50), Jitendra RAM (30) and Shiv Kumar RAM (35), all residents of Chaksingar Dalit Teach Numer 6 under the Jurawanpur police station in the Raghopur Block affected by floods in Vaishali.
While Jitendra and Shiv died at home last night, Shivji breathed his last breath during treatment at Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) on Patna on Wednesday.
Ten people, including the victims, have goat meat and rice.

Their relatives said they complained about headaches, nausea and loss of vision.
Because this area is flooded with floods, their family members call local occultism for care.
Jitendra and Shiv died within a few hours.
After that, Shivji Ram, Uday Ram, Vijay Ram, Dinesh Ram and each other rushed to the main health center in Raghopur.
Then, they were referred to PMCH and NMCH for better care.
Shivji died at NMCH.
Vaishali SP Maneesh said Postmortem of the three deceased was carried out under the supervision of the three member medical board.
The bodies were then left to the family.
“The postmortem report is still awaited.
It is not wise to make comments until we get an autopsy report,” he said on Wednesday.
Hajipur aware Sdpo Raghav Dayal visited the village on Wednesday and calmed the nervous villagers, which shouted slogans against the police because of their failure to examine liquor in the area.
They demanded firm action against those involved in illegal trade.
