Nagpur: The numbers related to the hole in the city, obtained from the Chairman of the Committee standing the Prakash Bhoyar office, presents a striking contrast between road conditions in reality and those who have official records.
As a statistic, there was no hole in Laxmi Nagar, Dharampeth, Nehru Nagar, Zona Satranjipura and Lakadganj.
Data from the Hotmix Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) department said all complaints related to the hole in this zone were resolved.
Of the 10 zones, roads under five zones have 3,105 holes without supervision, data shows.
The department claimed it received 5,101 complaints from all cities, and fixed 5,260 holes between June 1, 2021 and August 22 this year.
In Zona Laxmi Nagar, the department said it found 133 holes and was repaired 247.
In Dharampeth, no complaints and “165 were repaired”.
Likewise, from 554 holes in Nehru Nagar Zone, “758 was repaired”.
In the Satranjipura zone, he found 95 holes and “filled 606”.
In the Lakadganj zone, he fixed “677 holes” against complaints for 94.
But Toi found a hole in almost all roads.
Toi has regularly reported about the conditions of pathetic roads.

Former Deputy Mayor and BJP Corporator from the Satranjipura Zone, Deepraj Pardikar, slammed the information shared by the Hotmix Department.
Senior officials from the department said that many holes have been filled.
“The department is closed during the rainy season,” the official said.
