Jaisalmer: Terror Caste Panchayats in villages increases from day to day.
In the case of a love marriage in Siwana Ladurda Barmer Village, two families have been booted socially and the 35 lakh RS penalty has been put in place.
A case was submitted against the caste pan at the Siwana police station.
The police have not taken any action so far.
Therefore, family members of the two families have written a letter to the district collector and requested permission for euthanasia.
According to sources, the victims of Khangar Singh and Faujraj’s cousin’s daughter were married to Siwana’s Prem Singh.
Because of these some people in the village socially harass them and plan to boycott them.
By making them trapped falsely, people began to conspire quietly against the victims and began to threaten boycott while in this case the victim’s family said that they had nothing to do with this love marriage.
Still all preparations were made to boycott them socially and finally people summoned Panchayat and ordered Khangar Singh and Faujajraj Singh to deposit RS 17 Lakh respectively.
Then, the victim’s family submitted a case against the caste pans at the Siwana police station through the court on August 7, 2021.
Siwana Sho Premaram said that the investigative officer investigated this case.
The victims had submitted cases against the Castale Panch Maadhu Singh, Bharwar Singh, Vagad Singh, Ram Singh and Singh Singh.
The victim’s family’s accusation was that this pan received the two victims to deposit security of each Rs 51,000 and imposed a punishment of RS 34 Lakh.
When they declared their inability to deposit a penalty, Panch Castle was misused by the two brothers.
The pan also said that if anyone advocated these brothers, then Rs 2 Lakh’s penalty would be charged to them, he said.
On July 15, 2021 the victim’s family was called before Panch Castle and boycotted them socially.
The victim gave a report in court.
After the court order this case was filed on August 7 but even after 20 days the police had not taken action on Friday 22 members of the victim demanded EuthanAsia from the district collectors.
