Noida: A suspected criminal was arrested at Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh after a gunfight with the police where he suffered an injury, officials said on Monday.
Bukat Baku broke out late Sunday night when the motorbike was accused and his partner was intercepted during the examination by the official of the Bibrakh police station, they said.
“The suspicious duo was asked to stop by a police party near Chara Murti Chowk, but they even drove away and fired a shot on the police team.
Baktian Baku took place where one of them was injured and held,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Noida) ankur Aggarwal.
“Other accusations, however, managed to escape from the shelter in the dark,” said Aggarwal.
The person who was arrested was identified as Gulshan, a native of Firozabad Regency, which had at least nine firs climbing it in case including a murder attempted and under ACT Act, the officer said.
Active search for capturing his escape, he added.
Motorbikes, he said, used by the duo were also found stolen and seized.
A pine has been put forward at the Bibrakh police station and further legal processes are taking place, he added.
