Patna: Bihar’s Ruling JD (U) has become the first political party in the country to use cellular applications to assess the performance of his office carrier.
The party has also developed an exclusive application called ‘JD (U) Multiple’ for this purpose.
The source said though ‘JD (U) Mulyes’ has so far not been officially launched, party officials – from blocks to the state level – have been asked to register with party applications.
This application has been developed by Media cells JD (U) on the advice of the President of the State Party of the Umesh Singh Kushwaha.
Resources say, all functionaries JD (U) – such as the carrier of the state-level office, Lok Sabha Constitution Prabharis (responsible), district president, head of district level spokesman Vidhan Sabha Prabharis, and President Block – has been asked to register on Mulutanman application.
“After the application is fully operationalized, all of these vital functionaries will be asked to report their daily activities and also upload photos / reports on their activities, in the application ‘JD (U) Multiple’,” The state of the state media AMARDEEP media was told toi on Monday.
The report will be analyzed by cells in the party’s office, he said.
Amardeep said this application will also be used as a digital platform for quick transmission of party communication among all district and block-level office carrier.
“Previously, we used to send an urgent communication either through telephone messages or various WhatsApp groups made by parties.
Now, we will put urgent communication like that in the application, and will automatically be sent to all registered members,” he said.
For a question, Amardep said this application was developed by JD (U) media cells under the guidance of the former National President of the National RCP Singh and the President of the State of Umesh Singh Kushwaha.
He said, as soon as Kushwaha took over as President of the Bihar JD (U) unit, he thought of developing a mechanism that could assess the performance of party officials.
