Tokyo: Indian Women’s Table Tennis Team Including Bhavina Patel was defeated 0-3 by China in the 4-5 class quarter-final at the Paralympic Olympics on Tuesday.
Bhavina, who has won historic silver at the Single event on Sunday, lost 0-3 (4-11, 7-11, 6-11) to Ying Zhou for the third time in the competition.
Chinese people also beat him in a single final.
In multiple content, Sonal Patel and Bhavina are not suitable for the Chinese duo consisting of Ying and Zhang Bian, losing in direct games.
Indian pairing was defeated 2-11 4-11 2-11 in a dispute which lasted only 13 minutes.
In the class 4 category, competitors have a fair sitting balance and full-functional arms and hands.
Their interference might be caused by lower spinal lesions or cerebral palsy.
While class 5 categories include athletes that compete in wheelchairs but who have a normal sitting balance, arm and hand function.
The athletes have the most physical physical functionality in wheelchairs.
