Case of Rohatgi Payal for slanderous videos

Payal Rohatgi has landed in legal issues for one of its social media videos.
The case has been registered with the actress in Pune, after firing against the ‘slander’ clip.
According to Ani, Payal Rohatgi faced a case to be suspected of using unpleasant words against Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi & Rajiv Gandhi in a video distributed on social media, under Section 153 (2) and 34 (2) and 34 (2) and 34 (2) and 34 (2) IPC.
According to several reports, Pune District Congress Secretary General Sangeeta Tiwari has submitted a complaint to the Shivajinagar police in this matter.
Last year also Payal Rohatgi had headlines when he was detained by the police in Rajasthan.
He landed in trouble for his social media video, where he allegedly made a slandship comment on the former Indian Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, his father Motilal Nehru, and the whole family of Nehru.
According to Ani, Charmesh Sharma, the leader of the Youth Congress then filed a complaint against Payal below 66 and 67 of the IT Law, but he was then given a guarantee by a local court in Bundi, Rajasthan.
