Lucknow / Noida: The day after the Supreme Court ordered the destruction of the 40-storey twin tower which was built in the Noida 93A sector, up cm Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday ordered strict action against the official authority of the Noida authorities involved in allowing anomalies in the construction of both structures.
Maintaining a high-level meeting in Lucknow, Yogi showed that the case fell back to 2004 and therefore a special investigation committee must be based on investigating anomalies carried out over a certain period of time.
“Each and every official responsible for irregularities must be taken to order in this case,” CM emphasizes, directing officials to obey the command of the Supreme Court.
Following CM’s instructions, the Probe team with senior officials has been entrusted with the investigation of the problem.
At the same time, the department’s process has also begun against employees who are wrong because they do not make higher officials aware of all the facts about this problem.
“The problem is waiting in court until now.
The action will begin with officials after a thorough inspection by the Special Investigation Committee.
We will follow every point of the verdict by the APEX court,” said CEO Noida, Ritu Maheshwari, told toi.
Officials said that actions will begin with officials and employees responsible for anomalies.
According to a statement issued by the Noida Authority, the problem is related to the T-16 and T-17 tower built by Supertech on plot 54,815 SQ MT (GH-04 number) in Sector-93 A.
The plot and map sanctions are carried out between 2004 and 2012.
Structural map for the plot was given further sanctions in 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2012.
On December 10, 2012, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) from the community submitted a request for a previous Writ letter Allahabad High Court accused that the 2005 national building code and rules Noida-2010 building was declining and adequate space between the two towers was not saved.
On April 11, 2014, the High Court of Allahabad ordered the destruction of two towers in addition to taking action against builders and officials.
