Nagpur: If not for a deadly second covid wave, the CBSE school teacher can get their own district court now, according to a city association that strives for the Rights of the CBSE teacher.

“We were nervous in Samvidhan Chowk in January and in mid-February, CBSE had run from a letter to the local education office.
Then we were hit by the second wave of Covid-19 which then spread throughout the country, and because the whole process of the court settings was arrested,” Distributed said .
CSWA for the past few years has raised problems about staff employed at CBSE schools.
Distribution said, “If a teacher has been persecuted, where did he go to complain? CBSE is a board based in New Delhi and does not have representatives in Nagpur.
We want it in each district there must be competent authority that can focus on this problem.” The district said that after their letter to the Prime Minister’s office about this problem, everything began to move forward.

Then in February CBSE sent a letter to Nagpur Zilla Parishad, making it very clear that the last is the competent authority to overcome the problem of teachers , “this distribution said.
The letter also asked ZP to have separate wings for CBSE teachers, claiming denpless.
“In this way there will be no mixing problems and material fat.
Now with the Covid-19 case in their lowest, we believe that the court will soon be established in Nagpur to overcome the problem of the CBSE teacher,” he said.
