Gurgaon: an IT professional has been ordered for allegedly raising anti-Indian slogans from the balcony of his apartment in sector 102.
This case was registered after the incident video became a viral on the social media platform, after several local clothing which was performed by demonstrations outside the community.
IT professionals, according to clothing, also made his son raise anti-Indian slogans and pro-Pakistan from his balcony.
One of his neighbors has recorded the video, where the five-year-old Techie Putra can also be captured by repeating the slogan.
The recording was distributed among several imperial gardens residents, after the group of residents also faced family.
The action against the man was taken after his neighbor filed a complaint to the police, allapsing that he was seen and heard causing slogans.
Complainants, Chamandeep, said he had sent a video to the police.
“Such behavior has disturbed the population of colonies and also influenced peace and tranquility in the community,” he said.
On Tuesday, after clothes were protested outside the community, the police team was deployed in place and a registered case after taking legal opinion.
A police officer said the family came from Mumbai.
The man was used to work with IT companies in Gurgaon and now work as IT consultants from home.
Feeling the problem, the family returned to Mumbai, he said.
Praveen Kumar, Sho from the Taman Taman Rajendra police station, said the case was registered under the 153B section (imputation, prejudice statement for national integration), 504 (intentional insults with the intention to provoke peace violations) and 505 (sudur statement for public damage).
