Mumbai: fake printer toner worth Rs 3 Crore confiscated in attacks in warehouses in Goregaon and dealers of captured products.
Acting on tip-off, the crime branch official stormed failed at Motel Nagar and grabbed the fake cartridge and toner.
Police arrested Vipul Dharmsi Sandha (32), a resident of Malad.
He has been ordered under the IPC cheating, forgery and copyright actions.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police (crime) Datta Nalawade said that the complaint was submitted by the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
The police said that the defendant who was arrested had recognized such duplicate in the past too.
