Gurugram: A 16-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the eighth floor balcony from a housing in the Gurugram sector on Thursday night, police said.
Immediately after receiving information, the police team reached the place and took the victim to a private hospital in the Sector-43 where he was declared dead by doctors.
The police said the reason behind extreme steps was unknown.
“The problem is being investigated.
The victim was rushed to a private hospital for treatment, but was declared dead.
We confirmed the reason behind the death,” said Jang Bhadur, sector-53 police station, said.
